Summer Camp Terms and Conditions

1. Conditions for Discounts:

• Purchase:
  - 2 weeks of Summer Camp = 5%
  - 3 weeks of Summer Camp = 5%
  - 4 weeks of Summer Camp = 10%
  - 5 weeks of Summer Camp = 10%
  - 6 weeks of Summer Camp = 10%
  - 7 weeks of Summer Camp = 10%
  - 8 weeks of Summer Camp = 15%
  - 9 weeks of Summer Camp = 15%

• Discounts are applied to the pre-tax (GST & PST) amount.

2. Payment Terms:

• Full payment is due within 3 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment can be made via [payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.].

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start of the camp will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the camp.

• In the event that the service/program is cancelled by BSSEDU, a full refund will be issued.

4. Late Payment:

• A late fee of 10% per week will be charged on all overdue balances.

• Failure to pay within 10 days may result in termination of enrollment and will affect future registrations.

5. Liability:

• Please note that there is a late fee of $25 for late drop-offs and pick-up.

• BSSEDU is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from participation in the program activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child or ward adheres to the program rules and guidelines.

6. Health and Safety:

• Parents or guardians must provide information on any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements their child or ward may have.

• In an emergency, BSSEDU is authorized to seek medical treatment for the child.

7. Code of Conduct:

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the camp staff.

• BSSEDU reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.

8. Photography and Media Release:

• A link to the Google Form Media Consent and Release Form will be sent separately.

9. Changes to the Program:

• BSSEDU reserves the right to make changes to the camp schedule, activities, or staff as necessary.

• Any significant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.

10. Privacy:

• BSSEDU complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of camp administration and communication.
